Cancellations made 3-6 days before your rental date receive a 50% refund. The other 50% covers vehicle reservation and driver coordination already in progress.
Less Than 3 Days
Cancellations less than 3 days before your rental date receive no cash refund, but the full deposit becomes credit toward a future booking valid for 12 months.

Getting to Gilgit
14-16 hours of driving, typically broken into 2 days. The route goes via Karakoram Highway through Hassan Abdal, Mansehra, Besham, Chilas, and finally Gilgit. Most travelers fly instead (1-hour direct flight). The drive is only recommended when flights are weather-cancelled or for travelers wanting the full Karakoram Highway experience.
Fly if possible. PIA and AirBlue operate direct 1-hour flights from Islamabad to Gilgit. Flights are weather-dependent and can be cancelled. If flights are cancelled, the 14-16 hour drive is the alternative. We recommend booking flights with a 1-2 day buffer in case of weather issues.
